PRICE: $7 per meal ($35 total for single serving or $70 for double serving, 5 weeks)

DEADLINE: All orders must be placed by March 21st, 2025
SELECTION: Maximum 2 portions per date per child (select "2" as quantity), serving size is approximately 3oz.

3. No exclusion dates, when ordering it will be for all the weeks listed below.
Please note that your selected topping will be the same for all dates.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS: In the event of school closure, class/bus closure or an absent student, the food item cannot be picked up at the school nor be kept for another day, NO REFUNDS or EXCEPTIONS. Volunteers are not allowed in the building and staff members have generously offered to help with distribution on behalf of H&S (on top of their many other responsibilities). By placing this order, you agree to these conditions. If parents contact the school regarding the above, these H&S initiatives could be cancelled for the remainder of the school year.
 
*H&S is not responsible if the incorrect homeroom is selected. Volunteers are not in the school and therefore an incorrect selection could result in an undelivered item.
